It is the modern class of reactional oligomers – silane terminated urethane polymer, which combines best properties of silicones and polyurethanes. In the market they are known as MS-polymer, STP-polymers, hybrids. Hybrid polymers are used for production of glues and sealants, giving them such properties like elasticity, resistance to aggressive factors, heat resistance, low conductivity provided by silicones, and additional advantages like coloring possibility, fast curing, high tensile strength and adhesion to most type of construction materials. Hybrids are universal, easy and safe in handling. Hybrid “ARS-polymer” developed by “PolyMix Kazan” LLC by today is the only analogue of import materials, produced in Russia in industrial scale.
